1 - Copyright
We at Sportnpics are pleased to provide you with images which we hope
will remind you of that special moment and give you many years of enjoyment.
We really do appreciate your support and know that you rely on Sportnpics
to provide quality images from your events.
These images are copyrighted and protected under Copyright Laws. All
rights reserved. You are purchasing the photo or image only, not the right
to use or reproduce the photo. If you intend to copy, scan, reproduce,
republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or publicly display any
image you will need written permission from Sportnpics. Under all circumstances,
copyright remains with Sportnpics. Remember that copyright is protected
under international law.
The images provided by Sportnpics to the recipient are as is. All implied
warranties are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties
of title, infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular
purpose. To the extent that any images that include any trade name, trademark,
or service mark owned by a third party, the user is responsible for obtaining
appropriate permissions and licenses from such third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sportnpics irreproachable from any and
all losses, expenses, damages or costs resulting from any violation of
these terms and conditions or your use of the images provided.
This agreement may only be amended or otherwise modified by written permission
from a representative of Sportnpics.
Sportnpics reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, prices
and information on this website without notice. These conditions set out
the entire agreement between Sportnpics and you relating to your use of
the images.
2 - Privacy Policy
Sportnpics is committed to protecting your privacy and will not pass your
details to any third party.
3 - Refund Policy
Since your prints of photos are unique, refunds on photos cannot usually
be given. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct photo and or product
when placing your order as refunds will not be given.
